This is his second alcohol related arrest this year...
Grayson County Texas Police got a call that a man was laying in the road around 11pm on Tuesday night. When officers arrived they found Randy Travis NAKED laying in the road and his 1998 Pontiac Trans Am off to the side of the road crashed into a few construction barricades.
He was arrested for DWI but once he was put in the cop car he took it to the next level and threatened to shoot the troopers arresting him .. Bad move
Randy was taken to jail...Still naked.
Police gave him a shirt to wear for the mug shot and some type of paper gown to wear to cover the rest of his parts.
Travis was charged with DWI and retaliation for making the threats. He posted 21,500 in bail and was released Wednesday morning.
